Universal Immunization - Spring Thunder Project Training Camp: Building a Universal Immunization Defense and Exploring the Future of Cell Technology
From March 11th to 13th, 2025, “Universal Immunization - Spring Thunder Plan Training Camp” hosted by Yuanpin Bio was successfully held in Zhongnan Yuanpin Stem Cell Technology Park. A team of service providers from all over the country gathered together to conduct a three-day in-depth study on the cutting-edge development of immune cell and stem cell technologies and health management strategies. Through expert lectures, practical exercises and assessment and certification, the activity aimed to enhance the professionalism of practitioners and inject new impetus into the promotion of the development of the cause of national health.
On the first day of the camp, Mr. Liu Longwei, the president of Primary Source College, took the “training” of cell industry practitioners as the theme, explaining that as a practitioner, not only do we need to master the technology, but we also need to be more fearful - behind every cell sample is the trust of life. President Liu pointed out that “from the laboratory to public health, it is necessary for professional service providers to build a bridge for scientific communication, and the Spring Thunder Program is the cornerstone for cultivating this bridge.”
Mr. Shen Bo, General Manager of Marketing Department of Genpine Bio, analyzed the Genpine model under the rapid development trend of the global cell therapy industry. Source Bio has always been committed to the layout of the whole industrial chain, from storage and preparation to clinical, and has been moving forward steadily. Based in central China and radiating overseas, with the strategic positioning of one body and two wings, we are committed to the ultimate goal of “all for the sake of human life and health”.
Prof. Dongjian An
● Director of Changsha Cancer Institute (former)
● Director of Hunan Anti-Cancer Association
● Expert of Medical Accident Appraisal Committee of Hunan Provincial and Municipal Medical Association
● Expert of Hunan Provincial Healthcare Commission for senior title appraisal
● Clinical expert of cell therapy
He has been engaged in medical oncology, surgical oncology, health management, teaching and scientific research for more than 40 years, and was the first to carry out the new technology of immune cell therapy for cancer in Hunan Province in 2009, which filled a gap in the medical field of the province. He has presided over a number of national and provincial scientific research projects and won the Science and Technology Progress Award of Hunan Province and Changsha City.
In the special training session, the heavyweight guest - Prof. An Dongjian, former director of Changsha Cancer Research Institute, with his profound academic background and rich clinical experience, gave a special lecture on “Immunity and Health” to the trainees. Starting from the basic concept of immunity, he analyzed in detail the composition and function of the immune system, and gave an in-depth explanation on how to enhance immunity through a reasonable diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep and other lifestyles. Talking about immune cell storage, Prof. Anton pointed out that “it is not only a smart way to fight against the potential demand of diseases, but also an important guarantee to prevent unknown health risks”. During the question-and-answer session, the atmosphere was climaxed by the professional discussions on “the optimal age for immune cell storage” and “the prospect of tumor immunotherapy”.
Dr. Luo Xuan, Chief Technical Support of Genpine Biotechnology, led the participants through a hundred years of scientific history with the theme of “The Past and Present Life of Stem Cells”. From the birth of the stem cell concept in 1908 to Shinya Yamanaka being awarded the Nobel Prize for induced pluripotent stem cells in 2012, she vividly explained how this “universal seed” has reshaped the landscape of regenerative medicine, and Dr. Luo elaborated on the core principles of tissue repair and immunomodulation through the homeostatic effect and paracrine mechanism of stem cells. Focusing on clinical application, Dr. Luo took diabetes and osteoarthritic diseases as examples, explaining in detail the mechanism of stem cells in promoting cell regeneration and inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors to achieve symptom reversal.
This training adopts the immersion mode of “learning day and practicing night”, after the course, the students need to test their knowledge mastery through closed-book assessment, and continuously improve their professionalism through knowledge assessment, practical debates and interactive exchanges. At the closing ceremony, Source Bio awarded certificates to the teams with excellent performance in the assessment, and a number of trainees said that this closed-loop training of “theoretical input - thinking collision - practical output” has greatly enhanced their professionalism and contributed more strength to the development of the industry!
With the in-depth promotion of the “Healthy China 2030” strategy, cell technology is moving from cutting-edge research to public health management. As Dr. Luo said in his conclusion, “We are not only the promoters of cells, but also the architects of life. Every preparation and every storage is writing a longer health script for human beings.” Taking this training as an opportunity, Source Bio will continue to deepen the integration of industry, academia and research, and through talent cultivation, technological innovation and industrial synergy, make cell science and technology truly become the “power of spring thunder” to guard the health of all people. The force and sound of life science is opening up a new era of “immune preparedness, regeneration can be expected”.
