▶ In October 2021, the project titled “A Randomized, Open-label, Parallel-controlled Clinical Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in the Treatment of Refractory Diabetic Foot Wounds”, jointly applied by Professor Zhang Peihua and his team from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University and Yuanpin Biotech, was successfully filed with and approved by the National Health Commission. It is among the first stem cell clinical research projects approved in China for the treatment of diabetic foot.
